Highlands/Lookout Mountain Out and Back
First, I want to say thanks to Todd for hosting last weeks ride from the Evergreen Boat House. We did a 46 mile loop that was drop-dead (especially on the climbs gorgeous! If you are looking for a great ride some weekend, go back to last weeks e-mail, print the map and head to Evergreen!
Now, for this week here's the ride on Saturday! Hosted again by WoJ Rider Todd Collins (thanks again Todd!)--start at Todd's house--3051 Newton--ride to Golden down 32nd Ave then up and down Lookout Mtn (a lovely 2000 ft climb) and back. About 38 miles (or you can just go to Golden and turnaround). Be ready to leave from Todd's house at 10 am sharp!
The weather is looking iffy for Sat.--high of 56 degrees and possible showers, but that may change. If you are planning to ride, please RSVP to Todd (toddacollins@yahoo.com). He will then make the call early on Sat morning to let you know if the ride will be happening.
