Ride Difficulty: Moderate. Round trip: 47 miles 2,100 ft. elevation gain.
Meeting Place: Meet in Sedalia at the Post Office (4195 Douglas Ave) On the South side of Sedalia just off Highway 67.
Directions: from I-70 & I-25 as follows: I-25 South toward Colorado Springs. Merge onto US 85 S via exit 207B toward Santa Fe Drive DR (20.4 miles). Turn right onto Highway CO-67/Manhart Street (0.2 miles). Turn right onto W. Douglas Ave (<0.1 miles). End at US Post Office at 4195 Douglas Ave in Sedalia. (Directions obtained from www.mapquest.com)
Route Description: Start at Sedalia Post Office. At intersection of Highway 67 and Highway 105 (Perry Park Road) head south on Highway 105 to Palmer Lake (approx. 23.5 miles). There is an ice cream shop and a small store in Palmer Lake for refreshments. Return north on Highway 105 back to Sedalia.
