2. Click on the Find a Rider link
3. Enter the Rider's first and last name
4. Click on Search
5. Click on View next the Rider's name
6. Click on the Donate Now link
7. Fill out the Donation Form
8. Click on Submit.

Print and Mail or Fax

3. Enter the Rider's first and last name
4. Click on Search
5. Find the Rider's number and write it down.
6. Click Here to download the Print/Fax donation form.
7. Fill out the Donation Form. Please be sure to enter the rider's number on the form.
8. Print and,
