How to Donate to a Wheels of Justice Rider

1. Click Here to go to Courage Classic web site's Find a Rider link
2. Enter the Rider's first and last name
3. Click on Search
4. Click on View next the Rider's name
5. Click on the Donate to My Ride link
6. Fill out the Donation Form
7. Click on Submit.

Print and Mail or Fax

1. Click Here to download the Courage Classic Offline Donation Form
2. Print the form
3. Find the Rider's number and write it down.
4. Fill out the Donation Form. Please be sure to enter the rider's number on the form.
5. Print and,
