We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. This information is used for the maintaining our membership, email contacts, and operation rosters.

WoJ may use your personal information to provide you with important information about the WoJ team. WoJ may also share your personal information with the Colorado Bar Association who assists WoJ with its membership mailings. WoJ may also share your personal information with the The Children's Hospital Foundation of Denver to facilitate our membership rosters for the Courage Classic cycling tour.
WoJ may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served.
